Kan't beat Kells for service for your vehicle. |
|
You guys are the best!!! |
|
As usual, I got nothing but the best of service from staff at Kells Service Centre after my car's battery died. Thanks! |
|
I've been bringing my truck and horse trailer to Kell's for safety inspections for several years and the service has always been fast and efficient. Minor repairs were done for a very reasonable price. |

Always terrific to deal with! Got the scoop on my car's brakes and shall make an appointment soon to have them replaced. Thanks! |

It's quite ordinary to get excellent service at Kells Service Centre at any time of the year. I took my 2009 Chevrolet Equinox in for an oil change, lube job and look-over recently and all went well, as usual. I felt comfortable as a customer that my vehicle had been looked after well and that no problems had been identified. All was well. Then, things got better and this action proved just how attentive to looking after vehicles and their customers the professional staff at Kells is at all times. As I paid my bill, having just reviewed it with Ian at the front desk in their clean and comfortable waiting area, a fellow (I think his name is Paul) poked his head through the service bay door. "I got your engine heater connection out for you," he said. I park my car inside a two-car garage which is attached to our house. I didn't even know that my car had a block heater! (I hate to admit!). But that exemplifies how excellent the folks are at Kells Service Centre on High Street in Collingwood. Thanks Paul! Thanks Kells! Happy new year to you all and keep up the excellent work. Now, if I ever have to plug in my car's engine block heater -- and this morning it is minus 22.9 degrees Celcius outside -- I can! I give Kells Service Centre top marks! |

Outstanding service. |

Excellent job on major repairs to air conditioner and engine gasket. Fixed up other items while they had the engine apart that would have cost a lot more if they had not spotted them and made the necessary repairs. Vehicle was ready when expected at the estimated price (as always). |

Earlier this week, I dropped in at Kells Autopro to ask if it would be possible to get the wheel bearings on my five-year-old tent trailer serviced. "Do you do that kind of work?" I asked, knowing that Kells will service trucks, cars and such four-wheeled vehicles. But I wasn't certain if they worked on tent-trailers. "Of course," beamed the friendly service clerk, Ian. I made an appointment and took my tent-trailer to Kells at the appointed time. It wasn't long, since they jumped on the job at the time I arrived. Then, the verdict was in....wheel bearings on one side are fine, but on the other side need replacement. I authorized the work, appreciating the prompt and professional service. Steve, the mechanic who was doing the work in the spacious, adjacent garage area, came to the clean, customer waiting room with a part in his hand. "Here's why the wheel bearing on that side failed," he told me, showing me a missing part on a cap. He suggested that I replace the tire on that side of the trailer, because there was uneven wear on it. Nice! Friendly help from friendly people. With the work done, I was thinking that I might have to mortgage my house to pay the invoice. Nothing could be further from the truth. The bill, including tax, was quite palatable and less than I was expecting to pay. So that was good! My Starcraft trailer is back on the road, to be used by my family members, and I know that it's safer to use thanks to the work done at Kells. I have been taking vehicles to Kellls for quite a few years and have found them to be honest and reliable. What more could one ask from a company? |

I take my car in because it's leaking power steering fluid. They call me and tell me the rack & pinion, it needs to be replaced to fix the leak. The cost of the repair would be $800 to $1200.00. I took the car for a second opinion somewhere else and the repair cost me $69.00. $9.00 for the new hose to replace the leaking one and the rest labor..... . Just something people need to be aware of... |
